At GBCIMS, we value your trust and satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are issued for our courses. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are available only within 7 days of enrollment in a course.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of payment and valid reasons for requesting the refund.
  • Refunds are not applicable for courses where more than 25% of the course content has been accessed or completed.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2.     Provide the following details:

o    Full name

o    Contact information

o    Course name

o    Proof of enrollment (e.g., payment receipt)

o    Reason for the refund request

3.     Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. If that method is unavailable, we may offer an alternative refund method.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Requests made after the 7-day refund window has passed.
  • If the course was accessed, downloaded, or used beyond the specified eligibility criteria.
  • Technical issues caused by the user’s device or internet connection.
  • Refund requests made for reasons unrelated to the course content or quality.

5. Cancellation Policy

If a course is canceled or rescheduled by GBCIMS, we will notify you and offer the following options:

  • Transfer your enrollment to another course or batch.
  • Full refund of the course fee.
